Mr. David Nestic, founder of NezTech Corporation, and Director of Business Development and New Technology
Initiatives for Guild Associates, has over 20 years experience with technology
company formation, incubation and development and technology economic
development. He received his BS in
Electrical Engineering from Ohio
University and an MBA
from Capital University. Dave assists in the development and
management of SBIR and government R&D proposal efforts from federal agencies
such as DHHS (NIH) and DOD (DARPA and Air Force). In addition, he provides commercialization
consulting, R&D proposal coordination, business analysis, strategy
consulting, marketing and sales planning, and management for client
companies. Dave has held marketing,
sales and business development positions in diverse technology fields such as
DNA probe technology, medical electronics, manufacturing automation, and
more. Mr. Nestic is a former Director of
an SBIR grant assistance center for the State of Ohio. Dave was also co-founder
and VP of Business Development and Marketing for NetEnabled, Inc., an embedded
communications and networking company.
