Dr. Vincent E. Stenger, founder of Photonic Engineering Services of Mason, OH, received his Ph.D. in Engineering from The University of Cincinnati, and holds a number of US patents. Over the last 15 years, he has been involved in Silicon Valley and Ohio startups, helping them win multiple federal grants.
